Curriculum plays a very important role as we believe that learning is not just about teaching, books and lessons but much more than that. At BCGGPS the emphasis is more on the overall development of the child, as we understand that schooling is the time in the life of every child, which influences their future. BCGGPS has a curriculum that is integrated and based on the CBSE framework. The curriculum is concept oriented rather than exam oriented. We focus on CCE and it is implemented in std 1 to std 10.
Play School
The newly added play school is a home away from home for toddlers of 2.5years and above. Here they learn to socialize, develop their sensory and motor skills in a fun filled environment.
Preschool
We follow the Montessori system at this level. We provide an enriching learning environment which allows the child to be the best of what she or he can be. With well trained teachers we ensure that the child becomes self dependent, lifelong learners with good values.
Primary
Primary education lays the groundwork for future learning and future success. The skills and values that primary education instills are no less than foundational, and serve as bases for all future learning whether formal or informal. Students build on their primary education in their succeeding years in the educational system. At our school we thus focus on activity based learning and evaluate your wards progress, through Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE).You will be informed about your child’s progress, enabling you to help in the growth of your child.
Secondary
This is the most formative and crucial period in a child’s life, when they are trying to discover themselves, and we ensure that a very experienced faculty deals with them at this stage. We encourage them to channelize their energy into creative activities and positive thinking and provide them the environment for the same. The curriculum framed by the central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) gives importance to acquiring multidimensional skills both intellectual and life skills to face the challenges of today’s dynamic world
